Best Sustainable Watch/Jewellery Brand, 2024, Country and Town House
Top 50 Inspiring Workplaces (UK and NI), 2024, Inspiring Workplaces
We are digital first, omni-channel, customer obsessed, female led and inclusive, focused on creating meaningful relationships with our community, who we owe our success to. We are looking for someone special to join our team to help us make luxury something we can all enjoy everyday.
Where we need your help
We have all the makings of an iconic brand - beautiful products that are timeless and designed to last, service that exceeds our customers expectations, a passionate founder that cares deeply about doing what is right and a loyal and growing community who advocate for us.
The AI Analyst role is an exciting opportunity to help lead AI-driven process improvements as we double down on AI to shape the future of luxury jewellery retail. Technology has always powered Monica Vinader’s growth; we’ve laid strong foundations—voice-of-customer insights, automation flows, smarter merchandising—and are now ready to accelerate and expand our use cases. If you have the curiosity to experiment and the drive to see ideas through, come join us as our first AI Analyst and help write the next chapter by:
Accelerate time‑to‑value – shrink weeks‑long discovery to days‑long sprints by standing up lightweight agents that drive measurable wins for teams across the business.
Democratise AI – transform abstract concepts into self‑serve workflows so every team—from Merchandising to Customer Care—can launch and iterate their own AI use‑cases.
Build safe guardrails – create evaluation harnesses and cost/quality dashboards so our AI products remain compliant, unbiased and on‑budget.
Run the radar – monitor the AI ecosystem (models, agent frameworks, vector databases) and brief leadership on what to adopt, watch or ignore.
You’ll work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with the Director of Data & Technology and our COO on prioritising use‑cases that have outsized strategic impact. Expect frequent exposure to the rest of the senior leadership team through demos, workshops and roadmap reviews.
What you’ll do
Prototype & iterate AI workflows – design, ship and refine automations for a range of internal and customer facing scenarios across teams.
Craft clear, maintainable prompts and build small evaluation suites to track latency, cost and answer quality.
Orchestrate agents in workflow automation tools (such as n8n) and experiment with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph or CrewAI, integrating with BigQuery, internal APIs and vector stores (e.g. Pinecone, pgvector).
Produce crisp documentation, risk logs and “how‑to” snippets so others can reproduce—and improve—your work.
Host fortnightly show‑and‑tell sessions for executives and frontline teams; convert their feedback into your next sprint backlog.
Keep a pulse on the market (open‑source releases, pricing shifts, best‑practice blogs) and surface concise “what this means for MV” briefings to leadership.
What you’ll bring
Foundation, not perfection: Proven experience in an analytics, data‑ops or technical operations role (internships count).
Technical toolkit: experience with Python or TypeScript skills; experience calling any GenAI model (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or OSS) and automating workflows in tools such as n8n, Zapier or Retool.
Analytical mindset: SQL skills, basic statistics and an eye for commercial KPIs.
Portfolio of curiosity: side‑projects, hack‑day demos or blog posts that showcase your self‑directed learning and passion for AI.
Storytelling ability: you can explain embeddings to a merchandiser, token costs to Finance and roadmap trade‑offs to the COO—often on the same day.
Growth attitude: you seek feedback, pair happily with seniors and juniors alike, and treat “unknowns” as invitations to learn.
To be successful at Monica Vinader...
Are hands-on, solutions-focused, and entrepreneurial.
Collaborate openly with humility, honesty, and humour.
Embrace learning, teaching, and personal growth.
Stay resilient, adaptable, and self-motivated in a creative environment.
Speak up when you don’t know—and act fast to figure it out.

Regular travel to our London / Norfolk office may be required.
