What types of roles are there?

Retail
The core of our business and our largest employee population is our Retail group. This includes everyone who works in one of our boutiques or concessions, including Sales Associates, Piercers and Retail Management roles. If you are passionate about creating incredible customer experiences in person this could be the place for you.

Operations
The engine room: getting all of our beautiful pieces of jewellery to where they need to be, whether that's direct to the customer or to provide stock for the stores. Our Operations team work from our Acton warehouse and includes roles from Operations Associate through to Seniors, Team Leads and Managers. Roles in Health & Safety and Quality Assurance are also part of the Operations group.

Customer Experience
Our Customer Experience group includes our Customer Care team, who are on the other end of a phone, email or live chat for our customers, as well as a team who look after our Trade Partner accounts and our Logistics function. Our Customer Care roles are primarily remote-first, although during peak times we do also recruit for office-first roles in this team.

Office
Our Office group includes Product Design & Development, Ecommerce, Data & Analytics, Merchandising or pretty much any general business function you'd find in an omnichannel retail business. So whatever role you're looking for, we probably have a team for you!
We work in a hybrid setting and give our Office teams the autonomy to agree what blend of in-person and remote working works best to get the job done.
