The Assistant Boutique Manager role is an exciting opportunity to help
Support the Boutique Manager and being the ‘go-to’ person when you are the most senior Management Team member on shift
Driving sales and exceeding targets through exceptional customer service, building a client business and leading in offering a rapidly growing experience through permanent jewelry
People management and coaching to deliver the above
Maximizing store efficiency through operations management
What you’ll do
Driving Sales
Deliver sales budget through the implementation of an action orientated business plan ● Monitor and drive store and team KPIs
Deliver a consistent and exceptional standard of customer service through your sales team
Be a brand ambassador, setting the standard for exceptional customer experience and ensuring the same consistency in approach through your sales team
Develop and maintain client relationships in line with Monica Vinader to drive repeat business, setting the example for your team to follow
Network to create key relationships with corporate and local clients to support HQ team with a program of revenue driving events
Building a Strong Team
Set clear individual sales objectives and KPIs for your team, and support with ongoing coaching and training to deliver these
Implement approved brand and product training program to ensure consistent and effective styling advice and inspiration to all customers
Manage the team in accordance with company policy and procedures
Stay attuned with compliance & training needs, ensuring all employees are up to date with specific training & requirements
Support the recruitment process, interviewing candidates and compile feedback from trial shifts
Delivering Efficiency
Execute visual merchandising guidelines to a high standard
Ensure in store experience is in line with the guidelines and Brand standard
Maintain an accurate stock file
Ensure accurate payment processing and cash handling
Ensure the appropriate processing of in-store services (including engraving, and aftercare)
