We are digital first, omni-channel, customer obsessed and inclusive, focused on creating meaningful relationships with our community, who we owe our success to. We are looking for someone special to join our team to help us make luxury something we can all enjoy everyday.
Where we need your help
We have all the makings of an iconic brand: beautiful products that are timeless and designed to last, service that exceeds our customers' expectations, a passionate founder that cares deeply about doing what is right and a loyal and growing community who advocate for us.
We are looking for an exceptional Graphic Designer to join our team on a fixed-term contract through the end of the year. As our brand continues to focus on delivering an exceptional retail experience, we need a strong creative with an elevated taste level and keen eye for typographic detail to help us level up our design language, especially through physical touchpoints and activations.
If you live and breathe design and typography, printed collateral, retail environments, window schemes, out-of-home (OOH) spaces, and experiential events, this role is for you. You will play a pivotal part in redefining how our customers experience our brand in-store and IRL, while also supporting the wider design team across digital touchpoints.
What you’ll do
Elevate Our Retail Experience: Conceptualise and design holistic store window schemes that go far beyond standard vinyls, treating the window as a dynamic 3D space.
Redefine In-Store Signage: Rethink our approach to in-store signage from the ground up, applying a masterful eye for typography to ensure all messaging is both beautiful and highly legible.
Create Experiential Moments: Collaborate closely with our retail team to brainstorm, conceptualise, and design fun, engaging collateral for in-store events and activations.
Manage External Partnerships: Partner directly with our external vendors, including paper suppliers and printers, to ensure all physical collateral is produced to the highest possible standard.
Own Your Project Management: Use Monday.com to manage your projects, taking full responsibility for updating the statuses of your work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds.
Ensure Timely Delivery: Rely on your amazing organisational skills to manage your workflow effectively, ensuring all briefs and final files are handed over on time.
Support the Wider Team: Act as a well-rounded design resource, fluidly switching gears to support the design team with digital briefs and campaigns when needed.
What We Are Looking For
Exceptional Taste: You have a sophisticated visual vocabulary and a deep understanding of layout, typography, and colour theory.
A Hybrid Mindset: You are a print specialist by trade but a digital native by habit. You understand the technical constraints of a CMYK print run as well as the requirements for a high-performing social ad.
Production-Savvy: You don’t just design beautiful things; you understand bleed, crop marks, and the exact technical specifications needed for large-scale physical production.
Specialised Experience: A strong portfolio showcasing proven experience in print, retail design, out-of-home (OOH), and event/experiential design.
Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, with a heavy focus on InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Collaborative Spirit: A positive, proactive designer, with a can-do attitude, who loves partnering with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life.
Bonus Points
Previous experience using Figma. (If you haven't used it yet, don't worry – we are happy to teach you!)
3D Rendering Skills: Experience with 3D software to mock up and visualise store windows and retail spaces before they go into production.
What you’ll bring
This specification is based on our Mid-Level Capability Framework:
Master & Apply
Technical Expertise: You act as a subject matter lead in the Adobe Creative Suite and print production. You apply your hybrid mindset to navigate the technical constraints of CMYK print runs, bleeds, and crop marks just as effectively as the requirements for high-performing digital assets.
Impact: You elevate our physical spaces by solving real problems through exceptional design. You link your creative output to commercial value, ensuring our window schemes, event collateral, and in-store signage consistently deliver a premium brand experience.
Drive & Deliver
Workflow Management: You take full ownership of your time and tasks using Monday.com. You rely on your amazing organisational skills to maintain accurate project statuses and manage your capacity in a fast-paced environment.
Delivers Results: You meet quick turnarounds with uncompromising quality. You hand over briefs on time, proactively flag blockers, and ensure flawless physical execution by providing production-savvy, large-scale artwork files to our external partners.
Connect & Empower
Communicates Effectively: You tailor your communication to your audience, whether you are translating technical print specifications to external paper suppliers or presenting holistic, 3D design concepts to internal stakeholders.
Collaborates Proactively: You build strong alignment across functions, actively partnering with the retail team to brainstorm fun event collateral and fluidly supporting the wider design team on digital briefs.
Grow & Adapt
Embraces Change: You are highly adaptable, easily pivoting between a complex window scheme and a quick digital task. You maintain focus, efficiency, and your elevated taste level even when priorities shift in our fast-paced retail landscape.
Reflects & Learns: You welcome constructive feedback and continuously refine your sophisticated visual vocabulary. You are eager to learn new tools (such as Figma) and happily share your deep knowledge of layout and typography with the wider team.
