Locations, Hours and Availability
-
Our seasonal Customer Care roles are based in our beautiful office on London's Strand, just at the North end of Waterloo Bridge.
You must be able to work from this location to be considered for this role. There is no hybrid or remote working available in our Seasonal team.
-
Our team works in shifts between 9am and 9.10pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am - 5pm at the weekend as standard.
During Black Friday and Winter Sale (the majority of this contract) we work between the hours of 8am-10.10pm on weekdays and 8.30am -7pm on weekends.
Each person works in 8 hour shifts within these operating hours. All our seasonal associate contracts are full-time 40 hours positions, so you would work 5 x 8 hour shifts, with 2 days off each week. -
We will offer any successful candidates one of the following start dates for their seasonal contract:
Monday 27th October
Monday 3rd November
Monday 10th November
The contracts will run through until 24th January 2026.
-
We sometimes have a small number of permanent roles to recruit for, and we try where possible to recruit from within our existing community. Towards the end of our seasonal contracts, we would publish any available roles and set a deadline for internal applications. Many of our current permanent team started with us on a seasonal basis.
Recruitment Process
-
Step One: Application
Pop your details in our application for Seasonal Customer Care Associates. If your application looks like a good match, we'll be in touch with a call to ask you some further questions about your availability, the hours you are able to work and your location. You will also be able to ask us any questions you have.
We hope to come away from that call with both parties excited that this could be a great role for you.
-
Step Two: Assessment Centre
Each Monday and Wednesday from the 29th September until late October, we will be holding Assessment Centres in our London office in the Strand. You will be given a date and time to attend.
At these Assessment Centres, you will meet some of the Customer Care management team and take part in team tasks and individual interviews. It is also an opportunity to see where you'd be working and try out your commute.

What do our team say?
-
It was genuinely rewarding to help achieve solutions for customers. I loved learning about Monica Vinader's ethos, their true love for sustainability and making a difference in the world. Most of all, the team. Even though I was only here for six weeks during this role, I will carry the memories and friendships I have made through out this process.
